Civil engineer / specialising in construction engineering (site manager)

Your role

You are responsible for the design, planning and execution of projects
You are in charge of all activities relating to the design and implementation of the technical projects
You ensure compliance with user requirements, the budget and the schedule, whilst guaranteeing the conformity, quality and safety of the installations
You ensure compliance with the public procurement procedures
You are responsible for the external design teams
You are responsible for the multidisciplinary technical teams
You manage the specifications and work on the design of plans and the study of projects
You define the requirements and specifications
You conceptualise the circuits, schematics, etc.
You manage several sites on a self-reliant basis, both in terms of the planning and the execution of the works, and you will carry out certain research and design duties
You inspect the site and the people involved, supervise the smooth running of the installations and the sites
You negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors

Your skills

You either hold a Master’s degree in construction engineering or have equivalent experience
You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
You hold a B driving licence
