IT Specialist/Support

Your role

As an IT Support Technician, you will handle the following duties:

  • Providing fast, effective support to solve advanced technical IT problems
  • Managing and configuring IT equipment
  • Proposing continuous improvements in line with market developments

In short, you ensure the efficiency and performance of our IT infrastructure

Your skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science
  • relevant experience in a similar role
  • in-depth understanding of current operating systems and software such as Microsoft Windows, Batigest, Bob, SQL and computer network protection tools (firewalls, VPN, antivirus softwares, back-ups), Excel, etc.
  • Able to identify incidents
  • Provide fast and efficient solutions for any IT infrastructure problems
  • Propose service upgrades and/or new innovative solutions
  • Methodical organisational skills to efficiently manage duties and priorities
  • Able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-reliant, proactive, rigorous and flexible
