You are a versatile worker, able to help out with various administrative duties at all levels.

Your role

  • Following up on incoming and outgoing e-mail communications
  • Managing and following up on customer requests
  • Planning appointments in consideration of a variety of different factors
  • Raising orders for different sites
  • Stock management
  • Management of workers’ intervention reports
  • Direct contact with customers
  • Managing the company’s customer portfolio, updating files
  • Preparing invoices
  • Monitoring payments to suppliers
  • Actively taking part in the creation or revision of learning tools (brochures, website, etc.)

Your skills

  • At a minimum you hold a secondary education diploma or a university college degree
  • Additional qualifications are considered a plus
  • Good command of IT tools and the Microsoft Office suite
  • You are capable of working as part of a team, but also entirely on a self-reliant basis
  • Fluent in French. A command of Dutch or English is a plus
