You are a versatile worker, able to help out with various administrative duties at all levels.
Your role
- Following up on incoming and outgoing e-mail communications
- Managing and following up on customer requests
- Planning appointments in consideration of a variety of different factors
- Raising orders for different sites
- Stock management
- Management of workers’ intervention reports
- Direct contact with customers
- Managing the company’s customer portfolio, updating files
- Preparing invoices
- Monitoring payments to suppliers
- Actively taking part in the creation or revision of learning tools (brochures, website, etc.)
Your skills
- At a minimum you hold a secondary education diploma or a university college degree
- Additional qualifications are considered a plus
- Good command of IT tools and the Microsoft Office suite
- You are capable of working as part of a team, but also entirely on a self-reliant basis
- Fluent in French. A command of Dutch or English is a plus
